  2. Gentlemen, owners of Media Star Company

I ask you to solve the problem of the MediaStar Phoenix 4K device, because there is a comment on it on the Android side and also in some applications. One of the reasons is also when the encrypted channel does not open the device, the device works with the knowledge that the latest software for it is dated 7-22-2020 and from that time there is no support By your company, will you stop support for it, knowing that I preferred the device to other devices and the device was purchased recently because the stations that operate in 4K format were dealt with, and frankly, it is a powerful device. I would like you to support it and another note on your website that if you want to search on your device, there is no Search method by showing your device.
I thank you for your cooperation if possible.

  5. Hello,
Recently, I bought a mediastar phoenix 4k. Unfortunately I have loads of problems with this device. At the first day, every thing was cool but after installing about 3android apps(not too many apps) the device started crashing and freezing. I have tried to uninstall those apps but nothing changed. Even changing channels and volume outside the android environment has some problems and it freezes many times and none of the remotecontroller’s keys work properly in this situation. So, while using android(even using web browser) it crashes and freezes so many time. And, while watching tv changing channels and volume is not smooth. Such problems make me reboot the device by the key behind it.
I would appreciate if someone helps me get rid of this problem.
    Thank you

    • hi , i’m using this device for about 2 years ,,, as a hybrid receiver it works for watching sat tv’s but if you like to use it as a web browsing solution on tv , it will not works well … freezes and finally will bore you . so i recommend that install minimum apps on it ( like youtube …etc) . the coconut plugin ( for opening the BISS code encrypted channels ) will stop frequently and there is no solution to get rid of it . the soft cam plugin works smoothly and you can use the cccam. thanks

    • hi Hassan
the Coconut plugin is available through the net, with coconut plugin you can decode the BISS code encrypted channels , but if you like to open the Irdetto or other encryption systems , you need the CCCAM plugin . this plugin is configured by cccam service providers and you have to pay for it .
the free accoount of mediastar will work for about 3 months. after that you need to buy physical cards of using soft cam. the soft cam is a kind of emulator of physical cam that sat technicians in your area will help you , ( if you are not familiar enough with these systems . good luck
