NGL allows Instagram users to send anonymous messages and chat without revealing the recipient.
Indeed, One of the most famous social media networking apps today is Instagram. There are rare popular methods that may enhance the experience even further, even if the platform already has many features that make it more user-friendly and entertaining than other social media apps.
About NGL (Not Going To Lie)
Instagram users can communicate privately using the NGL (Not Going to Lie) anonymous chat app.
One of the great features of Instagram is that you can add a link to your Instagram account /profile allowing users to send you an anonymous message or ask you a question using the NGL platform app. The sender of the message is never exposed to the recipient or receiver.
Gen Zers frequently use the abbreviation NGL, which stands for “Not going to lie.” NGL is currently ranked among the estimated top 10 apps in the Apple App Store, and Android users in countries like India and Indonesia are mainly responsible for its current success.
NBC News has reached out to NGL for comment on its screening filters.
“We believe anonymity should be a fun yet safe place to express your feelings and opinions without shame,” the NGL website says. “Young people don’t have a space to share their feelings without judgment from friends or societal pressures. NGL provides this safe space for teens.”
How to Send Anonymous Messages on Instagram Using NGL App
You must download the NGL app from the Play Store (Android) or App Store (iOS).
Launch the NGL app after installing it.
Click on “Get Questions” option; this is the place where you enter your Instagram username.
Click “Done,” and the application will automatically create an anonymous message link using your Instagram username.
Select the Copy link on the Play screen and click the “Share” button.
Using the Link sticker, you can start the Instagram app and paste this NGL link.
Instagram is a fantastic platform for sharing the highlights of one’s life. It’s an excellent method to stay in touch, but sometimes the only way to contact someone on the app is to remain anonymous.
The ability to message someone privately on Instagram is handy at that point. Just be careful not to impersonate somebody or use it for spam or abusive purposes; Instagram doesn’t like any of those things.
